Founder, President & CEO
Angela Haynesworth is a cyber strategist and systems architect with over 20 years in Program Management, delivering secure, audit-ready environments for federal and commercial clients, including DOT Headquarters. She is positioned to enter avionics software development, applying her expertise in RMF, ATO lifecycles, and cyber-integrated platforms to aerospace and defense systems.
She has led multimillion-dollar systems integration efforts and provided oversight across Authority to Operate (ATO) delivery. Her expertise includes NIST 800-53 Revision 4 and 5 controls, ensuring FISMA and FedRAMP compliance. She spearheaded a CMMI Level 3 recertification for a federal Prime, streamlining program and technical operations to meet enterprise standards. Her work spans federal, state, and civilian sectors.
Angela holds a Master’s in Information Systems and will begin her PhD in Cyberpsychology in 2026, focusing on behavioral content and digital wellness. She has been inducted into multiple honor societies and actively serves professional organizations and faith-led communities. Her current research explores applications of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on ethical integration and mission-aligned innovation. In 2020, she served as a table facilitator at the Microsoft Women in Cloud (WIC) conference, leading the session Securing Your Small Business — a strategic dialogue on resilience, risk management, and operational clarity for emerging enterprises.
Her leadership is grounded in faith, and she credits God for the clarity, resilience, and purpose that guides her work and life.

I carry that truth into every system I build, every contract we deliver, and every room I enter. It was Apostle Long’s influence that led me to pursue higher education. When tired, he simply said, “Keep going.” Because of him, I did.
