FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO
Angela Haynesworth serves as the President & CEO of The H-KORP Systems firm. With over 22-years as a Federal contractor and BD executive, she has proven herself as an exemplary leader in various key roles, including Project Coordinator/ Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager for multiple government agencies. Angela's exceptional leadership skills shine through in her adept management of project portfolios, oversight of software development implementations (SA&A), leadership of agile teams, and successful navigation of multi-million dollar project budgets. Additionally, she has demonstrated proficiency as a PMO lead and has effectively led CMMI III system implementation audits with an unwavering commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction.
One significant achievement in Angela's PM career was her role in completing the Department of Transportation (DOT) Personnel Security Enterprise System (PSES) SA&A while serving as the Senior Program Manager contractor for the DOT Office of the Secretary at HQ. Out of other systems managed, this noteworthy accomplishment demonstrates her ability to drive large agency system implementations, lead diverse teams, and establish crucial connections with prestigious Federal government leaders.
Angela holds a AA and BBA in Business Administration and a Master's in Information Systems Management, along with other certifications and certificates in Business and Project Management. She is a Strayer alumni of several honor societies and a member of various organizations.
